2024 First Aid, CPR, AED Adult and Child

The 2024 First Aid, CPR and AED Adult and Child program is an American Red Cross certification program that is valid for 2 years.  Open to all members of LNYC, this program meets the US Sailing requirements for First Aid and CPR for those who need it for their instructors certifications.  It provides an entry level understanding of the management of patients suffering from traumatic injuries or life-threatening medical emergencies. Lifesaving lessons that can be utilized anywhere.

It is an in person interactive program taught by contract Red Cross qualified instructors including the use of videos, lecture and most importantly, hands on demonstration and practice is a small group environment.
