    Eight Bells

    A club member for many years and past Fleet Captain, Jim Curles, has passed. You can find arrangements at Sam James Funeral Home - Huntersville . Jim was the 2001 recipient of the JS Livingstone Award for long time service to the club. Additionally, Jim contributed greatly to many club projects including the 2009 Clubhouse renovation. Fair Winds and Following Seas, my friend.

    2022 Ice Bucket Regatta & Soup Competition

    Saturday, January 1st, 2022 come out for the first regatta of the year, the annual Ice Bucket Regatta & Soup Competition. Ice Bucket registration, NOR, and SI's are on Regatta Network: Consider bringing a soup for the soup competition, bring your soup to the Pavilion in a crockpot with your name and heating instructions - if you aren't sailing have it there by 11:30AM.

    Flying Scot Fall 48 Regatta November 6-7

    Register Here: Please join us for our annual Fall 48 regatta. We've made some great renovations to the clubhouse and even added a new patio and firepit that should be perfect for this time of year. We'll have chili on Friday night for the early arrivals. Saturday we'll have baked chicken, lasagna and all the trimmings for dinner. Camping is free on the grounds and there are showers available

    Board Bash Regatta Wrap Up

    This weekend 69 boats competed in light and shifty breezes but all managed to get in many races and end the weekend smiling! Not only was the on the water competition great, but the off the water activities were superb. Between great food, company, and an interesting movie on Celestial Navigation, all who attended were rewarded! Link to Photos:
