US Sailing Basic Race Management Seminar

Race Committee Training

  • Would you like to better understand everything going on the Signal Vessel?
  • We all are required to work race committee. Wouldn't it nice to add value to the race committee team.
  • You want to understand what the race committee is doing so that you can improve your racing.
  • You like to help with race committee and would like to take on more responsibility.
  • You run a lot of races at the club. You ought to pursue US Sailing certification.


    • If ANY of the above apply, please join us on the upper level of the clubhouse on Saturday, January 14, 2023 for US Sailing's Basic Race Management Seminar from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided. US Sailing's registration fee is $40. LNYC will collect $10 at the door to cover the food and beverage and the instructor's travel expense.
