Build your confidence about the racing rules with this four-part webinar series!
On four consecutive Mondays, Dave Dellenbaugh will explain how the 2025-2028 racing rules apply to lots of common race-course situations. He will use videos, animations, Q&As, quizzes, and more to strengthen your knowledge of the rules and their tactical applications.
Here's the schedule:
-November 24 – Rules at the Start
-December 1 – Upwind & Downwind Rules
-December 8 – Mark Rounding Rules
-December 15 – Questions & Answers (Even if you can't attend these live sessions, all registrants will receive links to watch all 4 sessions whenever they want.)
The goal of all four is to raise your overall rules knowledge and comfort when facing boat-to-boat situations. The webinar begins Monday, November 24, at 8:00 pm EST (GMT -5) and continues on the following three Mondays. The series is geared to both skippers and crew with intermediate to advanced rules knowledge. Each session is about 90 minutes long.

· Basic Race Management Seminar
January 3rd at LNYC in the Club House 8:30 am reserve your seat in Clubspot until the registrations opens on US Sailing. We are opening it up to all local and Regional Clubs. Our preferred instructor is not available any time after the first weekend of the year.

· US Sailing Level One Class Memorial Day weekend 2026. Registration pending US Sailing posting the class.
· First Aid and CPR will be scheduled as soon as the racing calendar is published
· Additional Club Level Programs are being developed including Power boat familiarization and operation on the Race Course (Livingston through the RIB). The schedule it TBD based on the club racing calendar.
