2023 Chili Cook-Off

There will be a CHILI COOK-OFF hosted by the New Members during the Fall Workday Lunch Break, Saturday, November 18th from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the LNYC Clubhouse.  All club members are invited to take part.  The winner will receive a $25 Publix gift card. If making Chilis not your thing, well also need Cornbread to share.

Crockpots (or other appliances) can be taken to the Clubhouse kitchen starting at 9.00 a.m. on Workday morning. You will be assigned a number and asked to give a brief description of what you're dropping off.  It can be as simple as Vegetarian Chili or something fancy like Grandpas Smokin Hot Cincinnati Chili. (By the way, unlike some other chili cook-offs and contests, BEANS ARE ALLOWED!)  If you're bringing Cornbread, there'll be a table set up in front of the blue curtains.
